Our range of MDPE PE80 Blue Water Pipe Coils fittings, conforming to BSEN12201-2 standards, is designed for the conveyance of potable water, fluids, and slurries under pressure. These MDPE pipes are available in a variety of sizes, from 20mm x 25m to 32mm x 100m and 63mm x 50m, catering to a broad spectrum of installation needs. 

The blue medium-density PE80 polyethylene material used in these pipes is ideal for potable and cold-water services up to 12.5 bar and is suitable for above and below-ground installations. 
The quality of our MDPE pipe coils is underpinned by stringent manufacturing processes that are compliant with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. These MDPE pipes are DWI-approved for drinking water applications and proudly display the BS Kite Mark (KM 82327), ensuring compliance with the highest safety and quality standards. 

Technical aspects of our MDPE pipe coils fittings include a temperature-to-pressure relationship that is crucial for optimal performance. These MDPE pipes are not designed for hot water and should not exceed 20°C. 

However, they can withstand the same temperatures as PE pipes, with pressure adjustments necessary for increased temperatures.

MDPE Pipe Liner Inserts 

Our MDPE pipe liner inserts, available in sizes ranging from 20mm to 63mm, play a pivotal role in the installation of PE pipes. These inserts are recommended for use with MDPE compression pipework in jointing fittings and pipes. Made from hard-wearing PE and acetal materials, these liner inserts provide high-impact strength.

 When inserted into the end of an MDPE pipe, they stiffen the joint area, preventing the pipe end from crushing due to over-tightening of the fitting.

What are your delivery times? 

We strive for prompt service, aiming to dispatch orders the same day. Web orders received by 1.00pm and account orders by 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched that day. Orders after these times are sent the next day. Special transport needs? Expect a three-day delivery.
