About PPFV

The PPFV team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the manufacture and distribution of Industrial plastic pipework systems.

With unrivalled levels of service & support, our Dorset based sales and distribution facility provides customers with high quality products from the shelf for delivery to your nominated site, or for pre-arranged collection if preferred.

Specialists in PVC-U & ABS pressure pipework & MDPE compression systems, we also supply high quality cements, cleaners and adhesives, pipe clips, and accessories in PE/PU, rubberised gaskets, metals such as galvanised steel, brass and stainless-steel valves, flanges and fittings.

Manufacturing is to the appropriate BS and EN standards, and is subject to the ISO9001 quality management system, with continuous improvement a corner stone of product development.

With a dedicated and highly skilled sales and support team, PPFV brings an embedded knowledge and understanding of Industrial Plastic Pressure applications across several leading pipework manufacturers.

What are your opening times?

See the ‘contact us’ area on the front page of the web site for details.

What are your delivery times?

We aim to despatch goods the same day by standard courier delivery services. Same day despatch cut off times are Monday to Friday:

Web customer orders received up to 1.00pm.
Account customer orders received up to 3.00pm.

After these times orders will be despatched the following day.
Note: Goods requiring dedicated transport, and for any palletised items, these will go out on a Pallet-line service to arrive approximately 3 days following despatch.

I haven’t received my order yet, what shall I do?

Check the email address or mobile number used in the account set up to track your order online. If you haven’t received a tracking email or text, call the sales team on 01202 283 660 we’re here to help.

I’ve received part of my order, where is the other part?

We may need to use different couriers to handle your order, but we will endeavour to ensure your order arrives on the same day.

What happens if an order is out of stock?

We aim to provide products for despatch the same day. Sometimes this may not be possible, so we’ll let you know when an affected item will be next available, usually by email. If you have a question call us on 01202 283 660.

I want to change my order

Call the sales team as quickly as possible on 01202 283 660 with the details.

The prices shown do they include VAT?

PPFV deals with trade accounts and prices are shown less VAT and ex-works. Don’t worry if you’re a retail customer as the final invoice will carry these details to show the full price that’s paid inclusive of VAT and carriage charges.

I’m a trader or Limited Company how do I open an account?

Call the sales team on 01202 283 660 for an account opening form which we will use to process your details and offer discounts and terms.
