We aim to despatch goods the same day by standard courier delivery services. Same day despatch cut off times are Monday to Friday:

Web customer orders received up to 1.00pm.

Account customer orders received up to 3.00pm.

After these times orders will be despatched the following day.

Note: Goods requiring dedicated transport, and for any palletised items, these will go out on a Pallet-line service to arrive approximately 3 days following despatch.

Check the email address or mobile number used in the account set up to track your order online. If you haven’t received a tracking email or text, call the sales team on 01202 283 660 we’re here to help.

We may need to use different couriers to handle your order, but we will endeavour to ensure your order arrives on the same day.

PPFV deals with trade accounts and prices are shown less VAT and ex-works. Don’t worry if you’re a retail customer as the final invoice will carry these details to show the full price that’s paid inclusive of VAT and carriage charges.
